
PACC and Affiliated divisions Honored as “Model Moral Organizations” for Fiscal Year 2024

The Office of the Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) and 18 of its affiliated divisions have been recognized with the prestigious “Model Moral Organization” award for the fiscal year 2024. The recognition ceremony, held on April 24, 2025, 10.30 AM. at S Ratchada Leisure Hotel in Bangkok, was presided over by Mr. Prasop Riangngern, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Culture.
Representing the Secretary-General of the PACC, Ms. Phromphan Saithongkham, Director of Corruption Prevention in Public Sector Division, accepted the certificate of recognition on behalf of the organization.
The awards highlight the outstanding moral standards and ethical practices of 18 PACC-affiliated divisions, including Corruption Suppression in Public Sector 1-5 Division, Anti-Corruption Administration Division, Office of the Secretary-General, Legal Affairs Division, Foreign Affairs Division, Case Management Division, Corruption Prevention in Public Sector Division, Strategy and Plan Division, Information Technology and Communication Center, Innovation and Transparency in Public Sector Division, Risk Management and Corruption Interdiction in Public Sector Division, Supervision and Mobilization of Government Policy Division, and Human Resource Management Division which have demonstrated excellence in transparency, integrity, and organizational ethics.
The recognition is part of the National Moral Promotion Action Plan Phase 2 (2023–2027), organized by the Department of Religious Affairs, Ministry of Culture. The initiative aims to cultivate a moral society of Thai people grounded in religious principles, the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, traditional Thai values, and a commitment to a corruption-free Thailand. The awards are based on five core moral indicators: Sufficiency, Discipline, Integrity, Volunteerism, and Gratitude which are the basic morality of living in society.
Also, PACC has adopted the guiding moral principle “Perform your duties honestly with the highest ability; success and virtue will endure forever,” into its operations. This principle drives efforts to build a culture of integrity among officials, contributing to increased scores in the Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA) of public sector agencies.
