On Thursday, 30 October 2025, at 9:12 a.m., Mr. Bhumivisan Kasemsook, Secretary-General of the PACC, together with Mr. Akkchai Kasemsuthawat, Deputy Secretary-General, led 202 executives and staff in a ceremony to pay tribute and express profound mourning for Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, in remembrance of Her Majesty’s boundless grace and benevolence. The ceremony took place at the main hall, 1st Floor, PACC Office, Software Park Building, Chaeng Watthana Road, Nonthaburi Province.

Her Majesty’s passing marks a great loss to the nation and a profound sorrow for all Thais. Throughout Her life, she devoted Herself to the people’s well-being and the nation’s stability through royal initiatives in arts and crafts promotion, cultural preservation, natural resource development, public health, and quality of life enhancement. Her tireless dedication, compassion, and wisdom earned deep reverence from the Thai people and admiration from around the world.

The Secretary-General of the PACC, together with executives, officials, and staff, paid homage before the portrait of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. The ceremony included a tribute address, a 93-second moment of silence, the singing of the Royal Anthem, and the signing of a book of condolence in honor of Her Majesty.
