On Thursday, 9 October 2025 at 6:30 PM, the Secretary-General of the Office of the Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC), together with officers from the Foreign Affairs Division of the PACC, attended the 80th Anniversary Celebration of Vietnam’s National Day. The participation aimed to express congratulations and honor this significant occasion, while also strengthening bilateral relations and fostering cooperation between Thailand and Vietnam—particularly in the area of anti-corruption efforts.

On this occasion, the Secretary-General of the PACC extended his congratulations on the celebration of Vietnam’s National Day and the 80th anniversary of its declaration of independence from colonial rule and the achievement of sovereignty from France. The event was graciously hosted by H.E. Mr. Pham Viet Hung, Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to Thailand, at the Crystal Hall, 3rd Floor, Athenee Tower, Bangkok.

Also, it is worth noting that September 2nd holds deep significance for the Vietnamese people as both the country’s National Day and the day of remembrance for President Ho Chi Minh, the founding father of Vietnam’s independence.
