Ms. Catherine Wong Siow Ping, Ambassador of the Republic of Singapore to Thailand, and Mr. Mok Chak Yong, Political Counsellor, on the occasion of an official visit at the PACC Office, Software Park Building, Chaeng Watthana Road, Pak Kret, Nonthaburi.

The Ambassador stated that she was honored to meet with the PACC Secretary-General, noting that this was an excellent opportunity for both sides to further enhance cooperation. She emphasized the importance of addressing corruption—an issue that Singapore has long prioritized, particularly during the era of Mr. Lee Kuan Yew, when the government focused on developing a robust anti-corruption framework, implementing a zero-tolerance policy, and maintaining strong political will to eliminate corruption in the country—an approach that continues to this day. She further reiterated the Embassy’s readiness to cooperate with the PACC in developing and sharing academic knowledge, which would benefit the capacity building of PACC personnel and strengthen the organization’s works in the future.
