Secretary-General of PACC Delivered Special Lecture on "Ethics and Morality for Supervisors" to Naval Cadets and Personnel at the Royal Thai Naval Academy.

On Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 1.30 PM., Mr. Bhumivisan Kasemsook, Secretary-General of PACC, delivered a special lecture on the topic “Ethics and Morality for Supervisors” to fifth-year naval cadets, administrative officers, and civil servants of the Royal Thai Naval Academy, Royal Thai Navy.
The lecture aimed to enhance their knowledge, skills, and experience to prepare them for their future roles as commissioned officers in the Royal Thai Navy. It emphasized the importance of leadership, moral integrity, duty consciousness, and accountability, along with the continuation of naval traditions. The session also reinforced the values of loyalty and commitment to the Nation, Religion, Monarchy, and the democratic system with the King as Head of State.
Additionally, the event is part of an ongoing plan to cultivate ethics and morality consistently among personnel at all levels. The lecture took place at the Phutthianan Auditorium, Royal Thai Naval Academy, in Pak Nam, Samut Prakan Province.
