On Thursday, 2 April 2026, at 09.30 a.m., Mr. Bhumivisan Kasemsook, Secretary-General of the Office of the Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC), assigned Mr. Ariyawat Thiengthummo, Director of the Foreign Affairs Division, to preside over the opening ceremony of the training program “Integrity & English Lab for Global Readiness” (Generation 2) for the fiscal year 2026. It was under the capacity-building initiative for PACC officers with academic cooperation between the PACC and international organizations, with a total of 30 participants, at TK Palace Hotel and Convention, Bangkok

This program was held between 2 – 3 April 2026, aiming to enhance capabilities and essential skills for PACC officers including anti-corruption knowledge in accordance with international frameworks and English language skills in an international context. The sessions consisted of lectures, combined with practical exercises via learning stations, as well as simulation activities, aligned with the PACC’s missions, such as integrity and governance, corruption case investigation, public procurement, and international cooperation. The program featured international experts with expertise in active learning design and English language skills enhancement for the workplace at the international level.

Additionally, it was an honor to have the Secretary-General of the PACC preside over the closing ceremony. He also extended his appreciation to the experts for sharing their knowledge and experience for PACC officers so that they can apply them to their operations for more effective and tangible outcomes.
