On Monday, 27 July 2026, at 10.00 a.m., Mr. Bhumivisan Kasemsook, the Secretary-General of the PACC presided over the oath-taking ceremony to serve as good civil servants and signed the book of well-wishes on the auspicious occasion of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua’s Birthday Anniversary on 28 July 2026. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Akkchai Kasemsuthawat, Deputy Secretary-General of the PACC, alongside PACC executives, officials and staff, totaling 120 participants, at the main hall, 1st Floor, PACC Office, Software Park Building, Chaeng Watthana Road, Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province.

The ceremony was held to honor His Majesty, expressing loyalty and profound gratitude for His Majesty’s royal grace through His dedication in fulfilling royal duties for the benefit of the people. His Majesty has been a role model for civil servants in performing their duties for the well-being of all citizens, while empowering the people to uphold goodness, unity, and foster peace and happiness in Thai society.

On this occasion, the Secretary-General of the PACC led the executives, officials and staff in taking the oath of allegiance to serve as good civil servants, perform their duties with honesty, follow in His Majesty's footsteps and remain dedicated to resolving national and public issues, make contributions to the country and live in accordance with religious principles and royal guidance.
